This antique reproduction features a 9 inch carbon steel blade
forged from 1085 steel. The fittings are nickel silver and the handle is
African Blackwood set off with elephant ivory. The opposite side of the

The Searles Bowie
This knife was the winner of two awards at the
2002 Blade Show and International Cutlery Fair in Atlanta, Georgia--Antique
Bowie Knife Reproduction Award presented by the Antique Bowie Knife Association
and the Best Fixed Blade. The knife is a reproduction of the original
knife made by Daniel Searles which was presented to Colonel Fowler by Resin
Bowie. The original is now on display in the Alamo.

The American Dogbone
This knife was the winner of the 1999 Antique Bowie Knife Reproduction Award
given by the Antique Bowie Knife Association at the International Blade Show and
Cutlery Fair in Atlanta, Georgia. It is the closest thus far to the original
made in 1835. This one-of-a-kind blade was made from various kinds of steel
typically found during the period. The blade is 10 1/8" long. The ricasso
and aged ivory handle are wrapped in 18-karat gold. The guard, ferrule, dome
pins, and escutcheons were made from 18-karat gold. The scabbard is fashioned
from German silver with an 18-karat gold overlay on the frog button. Knifeshop.TV

This knife has a 9 1/2"
carbon steel blade forged from 01 steel. The guard is fashioned from German
silver. The ebony handle features 18-karat gold pins and escutcheons. The butte
of the coffin shaped handle is wrapped in gold. A black or red throat and
